In brief, school mask mandates come from the state, and the metrics for opting out are almost impossible to attain, especially when most of the state is addicted to testing.

Once you get past the BS questions there are a couple places where you can give additional information. Maybe several thousand responses that say "stop masking the kids" and "stop pushing the jab" will get their attention.
