Please someone explain this to me. How can they just replace him with someone who wasn't primaried? Voted on by the PEOPLE? Isn't that their mantra that Trump will "destroy democracy"? How is this not shirking the democratic process? Wouldn't the states have to run new primaries and if so, some of those deadlines have passed. I don't understand how they can just replace him.
