This is a lot of effort to create a computer generated image(well boyond a gender swap). Why create this image? Can you understand any humor laced here? Again, I understand the technology is simple, but it requires some decent software and some effort to craft these images, for no apparent reason.

Basically it would mean they took this pic, cropped the faces, gender swapped them, changed the age of bill gates to a young woman, made melinda a middle aged man with black hair, then IN A LOW EFFORT MANNER pasted those cropped images back onto the bodies. That is a lot of HIGH effort editing to just lazily post them back how they are.
