as originally worded by John Adams:
"After the first enumeration required by the first article of the Constitution, there shall be one Representative for every thirty thousand, until the number shall amount to one hundred, after which the proportion shall be so regulated by Congress, that there shall be not less than one hundred Representatives, nor less than one Representative for every forty thousand persons, until the number of Representatives shall amount to two hundred, after which the proportion shall be so regulated by Congress, that there shall not be less than two hundred Representatives, nor more than one Representative for every fifty thousand persons."
has been ratified by eleven states. we need to bring this back and push it through. technology can make a house size of 6,700 functional. we need better representation. we need them to remember who they represent.
more house members will also make it harder to corrupt. have their standard offices be in the closest federal building and get them out of washington. make them live at home where they have to listen to us.

beyond the whole "marrying his babysitter" thing is something worse.
mentally we register that he married one of his victims. but, it goes deeper. why would he do that? why bother? we know that's not where his tastes run.

because the bad guys are obedient at keeping incriminating evidence?

haven't read them, or seen the film myself.
but the title rattled around in my head with all the publicity about russian forces having a "Z" painted on them.
that, and it's a war against zombies (who aren't using their brains)
the book is in 5 chapters:

while the reflex reaction to him getting a "year and a day" for defrauding a tribe is "slap on the wrist" there are two points that become visible once one calms down and stands back a little.
-
the first to talk gets the deal.
-
they just let everyone know he got a deal.
number one means that he rolled on pelosi's kid, romney's kid, and biden's kid--and everyone else involved.
number two means that we have progressed to the point where his deal is no longer a card they need to hold close to the vest. there are two options here: a) cage rattle to shake things loose b) they're already fukked.
with the pace everything is moving at lately, i'm leaning towards (b)
