I think you're close with Free Masonry.

To me the grand narrative is the history of philosphy, divisible roughly into pre-modern, modern, and post-modern periods. We would refer to them as ancient, medieval, and enlightenment.

The Enlightenment could be described as a centuries long complete social revolution that hinges on the denial of intrinsic teleology and substantial form.

These are technical terms but the mean simply, things have an 'end' or 'purpose' and they have natures. These are also referred to as 'finality' or telos and form.

These concepts were affirmed by the ancients and medievals because they followed logically from the acceptance that 1) things exist and 2) change is real.

For many reasons the philosophical framework of the medieval Western worldview gave way to the Enlightenment revolution which is underpinned by a philosophical structure of materialism, mechanicism, scepticism, and relativism.

This may all sound far-fetched but metaphysics underpins philosophy of nature, which underpins anthropology of man, which underpins ethics/politics.

An error in one level has ramifications in the next.

Suffice to say, we are used to thinking of fascism, liberalism, libertarianism, and communism as different 'systems'. But these are in fact, merely different political expressions of the same worldview.

What is notable is they all share the same errors in their anthropology of man, which is further underpinned by the layers below previously mentioned.

The claim therefore can be made, and I believe it is correct, is that our current social troubles is not a betrayal of classical liberalism but it's ultimate fulfillment.

Beyond it's internal contradictions, liberalism is not robust enough to withstand the external threat of the more brutal communist expression of the modern worldview.

Elsewhere, for example, there are shared assumptions between evangelical Christianity and Atheism, for example.

If you can begin to distinguish the different worldviews and determine what philosophical assumptions comprise them history will open up like a grand narrative.

It's a lot of work. But it's the direction I'd suggest you head for what you ultimately seek.

FEMA would be a part of the corporation you are describing.

Interesting.

Is it just the one page with the red highlight or is there more commentary? I'm not familiar with the platform linked.

The way I read this, 11.2.2 of the DoD Law of War cited and underlined here would suggest that Biden would, in fact, have to be inaugurated for a military response.

Edit:. As others have highlighted, key statement:

On May 4, 2015, the Obama Administration’s State Department recommended OFAC grant World Vision’s request for a license to pay ISRA $125,000 in monies owed.

This got me wondering what if Deep State murders children or family of people it wants to silence or intimidate using mass shootings to do so? School shootings and such. Less obvious than a single killing of the mark.
