Saw the promo for it last night, & my husband, who thinks I'm batshit crazy, gave me the raised eyebrows. I'm sure he'll be watching this (secretly), as will a lot of other people who won't be able to discern what's real and what are lies.
Looks like the main thesis of the documentary is that we're some violent, racist, terrorist organization. Be aware that this is out there. Prepare for your thoughts and your speech to become illegal.
I feel like this is a part in the movie that only we can play, and will have to play, in order to move things forward. Some of us are going to pay a high price. If you're called to do so, you have my unwavering support and appreciation. If I'm called to do so, know that I'll do it for the rest of you.
My tiny little Twitter account was suspended (& remain so) last week for "platform manipulation". I'm 100% certain it was on the basis of who I follow, and not on any of my actions. I rarely post, just like & occasionally retweet.
Yes, they think they can prevent us from spreading information by keeping us off Twitter. As if they're the only game in town. They think we can't go beyond their social media. Time to get creative.
