Let me explain. People of this nature (more advanced infantry like rangers or recon/force recon) live a very different life than you and I.
Your job in the military is to kill and destroy. This breeds the darker side of things but it's all in good fun. If you ever have served in the military, you know exactly what I am talking about.
I served in both OIF and OEF and before mission briefs we would scream kill babies for our roll call. Why? We are mostly 20 something young high testosterone group of men getting ready to go looking for a fight. Fucking around having a good time being retards.
Did some pray before we went out? Sure! Did we have all kind of darker patches and cool ass fuck you flags and shit? Sure!
You want them taking pictures being all nice and sweet? Fuck no. I want skull
crushing, face stomping cool as hardcore shit.
