I have company coming over soon. So I can't exactly provide a clear, slow, structured response. Time constraints. My apologies.

Some topics for me to cover off to add clarity:

(1) A President CANNOT lift imposition of a protective order. A protective order is an action taken by a court - i.e., an element of the judicial branch. The President is the chief executive of the executive branch. If you want a protective order lifted, you need to seek that relief from a court. So Trump couldn't give Lindell what he wanted. Declassification is not the same as removal of the state secrets privilege, which is not the same thing as lifting or clarifying or modifying a protective order.

(2) Timeline. By "moving Hammer" to Fort Washington, MD, they don't mean moving the Reno, NV servers to MD. They mean constructing a super-computer center that is custom-built with machines/operating systems/virtualizers/etc. to run his software in a "supercharged" manner. Montgomery licensed the software to the government. To oversimplify matters, the government just ran it on the servers in MD. ...The NV servers still existed, and they still ran Hammer, even in the wake of having "moved Hammer" to MD.

(3) When I refer to the contract under which Hammer was built, I am referring to the contract pertaining to the 2009 "move" event. Not the 2004 initial engagement. ...I note that Montgomery did many things for the government. Not just create Hammer. The 2004 engagement may cover a lot of ground that is non-Hammer, so to speak. I need to look at that contract.

(4) A MITM attack requires you to actually be in the middle. I have a theory about that. No time to discuss that now. I'll circle back

That's the question. ...and we're getting there.

Correct about Montgomery. Didn't want to distract from the broader thesis here to raise that and all the other issues related thereto. Thank you for raising that. People need to know.

Absolutely correct. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

If you look at the contract under which the HAMMER was constructed, it is with the Air Force. (It is between Blxware and the Air Force. Blxware was a company also funded by Warren Trepp - like eTreppid had been.)

If you look at the whistleblower complaints pertaining to misuse of the HAMMER, they are with the Inspector Generals of the CIA, DOD, DOJ, Air Force, DNI, DIA and others. So all of those entities are involved.

I'll be back in here later.

Agree about my lack of clarity. I'm about to run out the door right now. Will follow up later to clarify, so you and I can make progress on this.

Brute-forcing the private is, itself, a feat and would have been unthinkable.

How to use it once you've got it? You need to be situated to intercept (or at least post hoc acquire, if you merely want to listen in) the packets you wish to eavesdrop upon.

From Snowden, we know that all internet packets nationally were collected and stored. So, if mere eavesdropping was desired, the CIA* could use those, combined with the private key (and the symmetric key, unearthed by the private key).

To alter communication, you need to be in a position to intercept lines of communication live. That would require resources only the government would have, in order to do that in a comprehensive way. The CIA* used Montgemery's software, combined with their network access, to get this done.

Let me know if I'm not clear. I've had a few drinks tonight and am not proofing. Happy to try again tomorrow, sir.

This is a stunning suggestion that I hadn't considered - in part because I've not really followed Q.

We now know that Montgomery designed Hammer to send all of the data intercepted in the course of its use to his personal servers. That's how Lindell has the original election data - he got it from Montgomery's private servers.

You are saying: what if insurgent "white hat" forces known as "Q" have been accessing that data to conduct their informational campaign?

Is that right? Is that what you're saying?

When I wrote to you, I was looking at the Chronology page, which continued to contain information at the time - perhaps it still does. I noted that when I examined every other tab, the linked pages were empty. I didn't realize they had been cleansed. Hmm... Could be that his attorney advised him to remove the information prior to lifting of the gag order.

I never noticed operationcheckmate.net. I'm looking at that right now, trying to take it all in. There's a lot. I'll give you some thoughtful ideas later. Thank you.

Correct.

It's not been refused. We just haven't reached that point.

Tomorrow the reply brief will be filed. Then a hearing. Then a ruling.

Hey - I've been occupied, but I have some freedom now.

I've seen your work here quite often. I think you and I are similar, in that we post high-value, high-effort material. I think highly of you. Thank you for everything you do.

I will read all of this.

Thank you for bringing u/CHAOS_ACTUAL into this. He's a wealth of knowledge and effort - exactly what we need.

You are the glue that connects!

Very good. ...I'll say in advance - the listen is somewhat demanding, because you are listening to a conversation that is in mid-flight and not "designed" for an audience. This is raw source material, here. It's the stuff of basic research.

Posted that. It is important. I'm in a hurry now, pardon my terseness.

Over and out.

Double posted. Don't know if that can be fixed. Apologies. Haste makes waste - or something like that.
