Winds of up to 130 km/h are expected to hit Holland. Dutch airline KLM is reported to have cancelled almost 170 flights to and from Amsterdam's Schiphol airport.

The storm is also expected in northern Germany and southwest England.

More than 80,000 people are currently watching the Australian government's attempt to deport a world #1 tennis player who dared claim medical privacy and the right to personal choice over his medical treatment.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YRxyGJGi6OE

An awakening of sorts, although Djokovic's lawyers are (of course) studiously avoiding discussing the inefficacy of the vax or their client's right to personally decline to take it.

The Australian government concedes that Djokovic is physically not a health risk to the public. Instead, it justifies cancelling Djokovic's visa by saying that allowing him to remain in the country would encourage "anti-vax" sentiment and reduce the number of people who wanted one dose, two doses, or a booster.

Djokovic's lawyers have countered with (among other things) the point that their client was not known for his stance until the Australian government began hounding him. Moreover, they have questioned whether "anti-vaxxers" and the spread of COVID might actually be more emboldened by protests following their client's eventual deportation.

https://www.theguardian.com/society/2022/jan/14/covid-booster-jabs-in-england-to-be-thrown-away-as-demand-falls

Booster jabs distributed in England for the pre-Christmas vaccination push are to be thrown away because of a lack of demand.

It is not known exactly how many vaccines will be discarded but it is likely to be “hundreds of thousands”, sources told the Health Service Journal (HSJ), which obtained the memo.

Primary care bosses blamed the wastage on as many as 30% of people not turning up for their booster appointment.

Government figures on the booster rollout show that the number of people across the UK receiving one has fallen recently from a record 968,665 on 21 December to 111,849 on Thursday (13 January).

The Center for COVID Control's lab wasted 40,000 tests, according to a federal report... Again and again, people testing at one of the hundreds of Center for COVID Control sites have reported getting negative results there — only to get a positive elsewhere. Others never received results, or received them so late the test was effectively useless. Some people who didn’t even test at the sites were still sent results.

Another concern for many: People who were emailed a negative test result were provided with a PDF that contained a QR code. Scanning the QR code took the viewer to a Doctors Clinical Lab website that tells anyone who looks at it they are negative — even people who never tested at a Center for COVID Control site. The website was not coded in a way where its result would change, and it was not customized to show the results of individual patients. The only element that would change on the website was its timestamp. It was publicly available to all.

Customers have also reported being told to not put down their insurance information even if they have insurance. In those cases, the federal government likely ends up paying for those tests.

Despite the complaints, the chain has exploded in recent months, opening sites across the country. Its website boasts of 300 locations.

While that confusion has unfolded, Akbar Syed, Siyaj’s husband, who represents himself as a leader of the company, has posted on social media about buying luxury sports cars thanks to “covid money" ... He also posted videos trying to recruit people to the business on Facebook; in one, he recorded himself speaking to an employee and asking the man to say what he makes. The man said he has been with the company for four months and makes $1.45 million.

The business and the lab are run by Siyaj and Syed, a suburban Chicago couple who, before focusing on COVID-19 testing in 2021, ran axe-throwing lounges. Syed also created wedding videos.

Following the imminent cancellation of vax passports in England, still more evidence that the rats may be fleeing a sinking ship.

https://gazette.com/news/us-world/polish-covid-advisers-quit-over-lack-of-science-influence-on-policy/article_0c1e920c-fba0-5539-b3ac-9c8aa92724b0.html

Like virtually all Eastern European countries, Poland has seen relatively limited vax take-up. Among the 56.4% who are accounted for, you can bet that many bought their pass.

They should not be allowed to simply resign. To Nuremberg 2.0 with them!

England 'WILL scrap Covid passes and WFH at the end of the month’ because they are 'hard to justify' now that Omicron is subsiding — with masks on trains and in shops the only curb left

Currently, people in England need to show proof of vaccination or a negative lateral flow to enter large events and nightclubs.

Health Secretary Sajid Javid is said to have told MPs that he shared their 'instinctive discomfort' at the certificates, which 100 Tories voted against.

Suddenly, the narrative can't collapse quickly enough.

Soon, they'll behave as though they never violated the constitution. Never demanded papers. Were only concerned for our health. Only wanted us to be safe. Never forced anyone to vax up, mask up, top up...

NEVER FORGET.

Highlights —

... What is it about champions and their stubborn refusal to roll over and do what everyone else is doing?

... Novak’s principled stance has only served to highlight the fact that millions of Australians have allowed themselves to be abused for the past two years. And no one wants to admit that...

... Novak probably wouldn’t have agreed to a 9pm curfew. He probably wouldn’t have forbidden his children from visiting playgrounds. And he probably wouldn’t have missed out on precious time with family because an unelected, unrepresentative bureaucrat said ‘science’. Novak probably would have stood up to all that nonsense. And how we hate him for it! We have to hate him… If Novak is not the devil, then we are all fools – fools for acquiescing to increasingly nonsensical demands and fools for agreeing to endlessly shifting Covid goal posts...

... Get the vaccine or spend the rest of your life under police guard in one of our refugee camps watching Nadal win the championship. There’s your choice. Oh, and welcome to Australia, mate!

... It’s the way of the future, and tennis must move with the times. Next year we could seed players according to their social credit score. If you’re a thrice-vaxxed, hybrid Prius driving LGBTQ ally, you could get a wildcard entry regardless of your tennis prowess...

... With more than 37,000 new Covid cases in 90 per cent vaccinated Victoria just yesterday, it is hard to argue that an unvaccinated tennis player is a threat to public health. But that doesn’t mean we won’t...

... Think of Novak as a mirror in whom we saw an unflattering reflection of ourselves. Our first response was to smash the mirror. Then we cheered that the mirror was to be marched onto a plane and sent back to where it had come from. But there is no escaping what we have seen of ourselves – or the bad luck that’s sure to come with breaking that mirror...

The Novak Djokovic hearing has crashed the Australian court link in Victoria, yet the hearing is continuing to proceed.

For those who don't know, the world #1 tennis player was given a vax exemption, then was detained upon his arrival for the Australian Open. His phone was taken from him for almost four hours while he was interrogated.

No contact with family or lawyers for four hours.

His possessions, including his wallet, were seized by Australian police. He's been detained in a migrant hotel until the hearing, which began an hour ago in Victoria this morning.

According to Karen Sweeney, court reporter, the hearing has begun even though the promised live feed is not available.

This, she says, is "the absolute worst case scenario."

The trial may be something of a watershed moment for freedom of choice regarding the vax.

Pfizer has been accused of paying experts to discredit the coronavirus vaccine made by its rival AstraZeneca. It is alleged to have funded a presentation in which speakers claimed AZ's jab could cause cancer and was not safe for immunosuppressed patients. The explosive claims have emerged in a Channel 4 Dispatches investigation due to air on Friday night.

Another revelation from the investigation is that manufacturing costs for Pfizer’s vaccine stands allegedly cost just 76p per shot. With Pfizer reportedly charging the UK Government £22 per dose, this represents a near 3,000 per cent mark-up on the manufacturing price.

The Channel 4 investigation also reported that Pfizer’s contract with UK means it cannot be taken to court if there is a legal dispute between the UK government and Pfizer.

In the week after Omicron's discovery, investment managing company Vanguard Group Inc made the most money from Pfizer's shares, seeing their total value increase to £1.3billion.

The Channel 4 Dispatches investigation Vaccine Wars: The Truth About Pfizer will be aired at 7.30pm on Friday.

Power outage warning: "Big solar flare heading to Earth" — time of "direct hit" predicted

Forecasters at the Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC), a unit of the US Department of Commerce under NOAA, has issued a G2 geomagnetic storm warning for October 11. Solar storms are rated on a scale from G1 to G5 – with one being the weakest and five having the most potential for damage. But even a G1 stomp's can create issues for billions, as experts expect power grid fluctuations and minor impacts on satellite operations.

While these solar events can help illuminate the sky with stunning aurora, they can also do considerable harm to electronics, electrical grids, and satellite and radio communications.

"Since the assassination of Kennedy, Military and Intelligence have been untouchable."

39

... a full 30 years after he released JFK, the nearly three-and-a-half-hour epic about that terrible day in American history and the tumult surrounding it (and jam-packed with plenty of Stone conspiracy theories), Stone’s back at it again—this time in the form of a documentary, JFK Revisited: Through the Looking Glass, which is slated to premiere at Cannes later this week. When asked by The Hollywood Reporter about his ongoing obsession with the murder of the 35th president, and why he has continued his crusade for learning the truth about what happened that day, Stone had this to say:

“There’s a memory hole about Kennedy. And I think, before I quit the scene, I would like to reveal what I know about the case. I can’t put everything I know into this documentary. But I can assemble a lot of the facts that came out after the movie [1991’s JFK] as well as reaffirm some of the facts in that movie because it was attacked on a broad scale. It’s very important for my conscience for the people who care to have this exist. That’s what motivated the documentary. We got the documents out. Not all. Trump was about to release them in 2017. And 12 hours before, he backed off. There’s a lot of documentation that hasn’t been released, and that’s in addition to the Secret Service, which fed up unusually on that day and [later] destroyed everything.”*

“Who knows what Trump ever thinks. He’s a mystery man. I’m sure he got pressure of some kind. And then they told him, ‘We can’t do this for security reasons.’ He did back off other things, too, when it came to us challenging the intelligence agencies. Remember that quote from [Sen. Chuck] Schumer? Trump, don’t f*** with the CIA or they will destroy you.”

Q may be a riddle wrapped in an enigma for many - but the things that the other side is required to believe are less credible.

Go on. Try it. Make a list of everything you'd need to believe in order to keep up the charade that Joe Biden won a fair election and is now the most powerful man in the world.

Start with the Antifa riots in Portland and Seattle on the day of his inauguration, add yesterday's coincidental WHO announcement, and work back from there.

The entire country is hurting, swerving between normalcy bias and cognitive dissonance.

Be kind.

14

Writing from a part of the world where conspiracy theories are a way of life, I'm familiar with having to analyze the smoke before calling something a legitimate fire.

You don't have to believe that yesterday's inauguration was pre-recorded - I personally don't - in order to see that something was "off."

To regain your innocence, here's a Magic Bullet. Believe that a candidate who was no one's choice, and who never campaigned or generated any visibly enthusiastic support, got more votes than any president in history. That Joe Biden received 81 million votes even as CNN says that just 20 percent of white males voted for him. That President Trump appeals primarily to racist white men, even as the organizers of Stop the Steal and the Proud Boys identify as "Black and Arab" and "Afro-Cuban," respectively. That anyone but a person protected by the media could get away with publicly telling Charlamagne tha God that he "ain't black." That burning down black-owned small businesses is a way to show that "black lives matter." That impeaching Trump in his last week in office was about a fear of violence from Trump supporters. That Vijaya Gadde's father had to ask the KKK for permission to sell insurance, door-to-door, in late '70s Texas. That a media which has ignored and even censored the Biden family's Ukraine scandals, and which asked yesterday whether Biden would be repainting Air Force One, ever posed him a question he was not given in advance. That there still exist a Left and Right which are ideologically opposed to one another. That all the courts who refused to look at the evidence of election fraud, genuinely had no jurisdiction. That the Pakistan, Vatican and Iran blackouts were entirely coincidental. That Maria Zack was LARP-ing. That yesterday's WHO note about false positives was purely coincidental.

People are free to believe these things and more like them, but they singularly fail to appreciate the difference between believing what they're told, and thinking for themselves. If Q was a "plan" that was laid out in its entirety, I'd have more sympathy for their point of view.

It wasn't.

Like Oliver Stone's "JFK" back in 1991, Q taught many, many people to read between the lines.

We live in an era in which even scientists wave the flag of their side instead of searching for The Truth. The skills learned here are essential to surviving this graceless age.

Privileged to have been able to lurk and learn here.

Local shopkeeper in Belgrade just gifted me a bag of popcorn (and a cup of covfefe).

If pedes know anything about what was done to the Balkans in the '90s, or if you watched Richard Grennell give a pre-election speech to a Serbian church in Milwaukee, you'll know the Balkans are with you.

Many around the world ache for America to again be the shining city upon a hill.

Nikola Tesla is a local hero here as well.

And people of a certain age remember exactly where they were when President Kennedy was murdered.
