My class was canceled so a bunch of us gathered for coffee and to share our knowledge about our subject matter. The discussion evolved to the times we live in. I was surprised at how many were awake but there is an underlining unease for our future. They need our help to see the bright future we can have.
I focused on make America healthy again. Take a chance, talk with people you know, let them know they are not alone.
