Chlorine dioxide is a powerful, EPA-registered antimicrobial agent used to sanitize lettuce and wash water, primarily to prevent cross-contamination from bacteria like E. coli and Salmonella. It is highly effective at low concentrations and leaves behind fewer harmful byproducts than traditional free chlorine.

For home preparation, specialized chlorine dioxide produce washes are available, or you can use safe, diluted commercial drops. To wash lettuce at home, follow this process:

• Prepare the solution: Fill a clean bowl with 1 gallon of cold water. Activate the chlorine dioxide drops according to the package instructions (usually about 5 to 10 drops of the base and activator mixed together) and stir thoroughly into the water.

• Soak the leaves: Submerge the lettuce leaves in the bowl and allow them to soak for 1 to 5 minutes.

• Rinse thoroughly: Remove the lettuce from the sanitizing solution and rinse the leaves thoroughly under clean, running tap water to remove any residual solution before serving or eating.

While chlorine dioxide is highly efficient at killing pathogens suspended in the water, it cannot always penetrate and kill bacteria that are already deeply attached to the lettuce's surface. As a result, it is primarily valued for stopping the spread of pathogens from one leaf to another during the cleaning process.

Everyone should have a Chlorine Dioxide "Kit" at home. ClO2 is sometimes referred to as: MMS - Miracle Mineral Solution

However, it's available many places online, including Amazon.

It is IMPERATIVE that you properly mix the Chlorine base chemical with the acid solution (often 4% HCL acid) in order for it to be effective at creating the Chlorine Dioxide gas necessary to sanitize.

You ALWAYS activate the chlorine in a small vessel, like a shot glass, tilted on an angle, so the droplets can concentrate to one "corner". You MUST then allow time (at least 30 seconds, but not more than a minute) for the reaction to be complete.

In nearly all situations, the two solutions are mixed at a 1:1 ratio - drop for drop. After waiting for activation, the solution can be mixed with water in the desired concentration or introduced to the wash water.

A few years back, during C19, a friend who was living in SoCal was going through a nasty divorce and moving out to Tennessee. Surrounded by liberals his entire life, he thought nothing of listening to NPR and just going along with whatever was considered "popular thought and sentiment" and wasn't really into politics up to that point. Gutted from his life essentially being uprooted and the divorce - we had lots of conversations about "other things" than his predicament.

C19 and everything that went along with that, was a good springboard into other things Anons were discovering about the war on us. The C19 censorship was WAY beyond anything we saw during the 2016 election, where whether you liked it or not, you earned the title of "Deplorable" just for loving your country and the principles it was based on. Need I remind you how many resources, time, personnel, money, campaigns and effort went into both quieting "dissenting voices" as well as efforts to counteract the truth that was being shared, such as the whole "horse paste" nonsense. Everywhere from FacePlace, Twitter, Instagram, and even cell phone carriers absolutely scraping ANY links pointed to the .wins via text, like The Great Awakening & TheDonald. Things were blatant...The censorship was real & starting to affect even those like my friend who wasn't even trying to buck the "system" with his comments on FacePlant and other social media outlets. Pepe Farms remembers Facebook cited its "Coordinating Harm" policy and would ban, delete or shadow ban anyone who even mentioned the name, Eric Ciaramella. He was a CIA intelligence officer and former National Security Council aide who served as the whistleblower in the 2019 Ukraine impeachment inquiry. The focus on controlling what you thought, spoke about and shared was laser point focused. In one sense, it should make you think about just how important YOU really are that they would go through that much trouble and expense for just "little old you".

I'm sure plenty of you have helped to Red Pill many of your friends in the past decade to help wake them up to the war upon us, that has been craftily camouflaged with plausible deniability and ambiguity for every subject in their crosshairs. C19 wasn't the only thing that tore families apart - whether that was the decision to take the poison or not, lockdowns that were "too close for comfort" for many couples, cancelled BBQ get togethers, funerals, weddings and other social events - all verboten - and this has unfortunately remained disjointed with family and friends - long after the C19 social mandates were in the rearview mirror. Even today for some, getting together is less frequent than before the C19 BS started.

I've read countless stories here where others have made attempts to wake up and red pill their family and friends - quite often asking for the best initial video, article or idea to start with - because the stakes were high - They're emotionally invested in this person and wants them to see the light of truth, and reduce their confusion about why things are the way they are. The stakes are high. Sometimes this is a great success story. Families mended. Friendships made stronger. New alliances at work made, and things like that. BUT - there are also situations that did not go so well - Friendships lost. Families divided. Regrets at work and other situations where they either chose the blue pill or spat the red pill back in your face and laughed.

But there's also another situation that I'm going to shed light on today: When your friend is enthusiastic and willing to see the perspective from your view for a little while and then when you thought they were well on their way on the red pill highway, they got off a few exits down the road and wound up in a bad neighborhood. To them, they believed this was a GREAT place to start engaging in the newly found "Truther movement" - energized and excited to learn about a whole world of these "conspiracy theories" they've always heard so much about, but weren't inclined to pursue them before, because they didn't have the time. With C19 lockdowns and others in the house driving you nuts - the time was ripe to dig into this exiting new area of study they've put off looking into for so long. Enter the TRINOs - Truthers in name only to steer seekers down the wrong path.

It all started with a workworker's meme, showing a milk carton with a Stanley tape measure on it, like a missing child. This bit of humor segued into telling him about the horrific child trafficking business that goes on around the world. He thought I was "full of shit" when I first told him about it and it took a LONG time for him digging on his own to discover things for himself. The Sound of Freedom came out at just the right time for him to see.

So...pushed him in the right direction, gave him some great links and pointings to follow, and my friend was off to a good start on his dig. Back then it was places like Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC) (Which saved MANY lives, including some of my own family members) FYI - changed its name to the Independent Medical Alliance (IMA) - for the C19 life saving protocols, other "MAHA" sites, GAW OF COURSE!, TheDonald, Josh Reid, Joe Lange, Fall of the Cabal series, the Q boards and people doing great decodes and a few others to get them going. Web "surfing" being what it is, along with things like YouTube "suggestions" and things like that, invariably suggested TRINOs that steered him into some bad neighborhoods, unbeknownst to him.

For those that don't know: Craic (pronounced "crack") is an Irish slang term for fun, entertainment, good times, and enjoyable conversation. It is commonly used to describe a lively social atmosphere or a pleasant experience, as seen in the greeting "What's the craic?" - My friend emigrated to the US (legally BTW) from Ireland in the 90s...

I didn't know that my friend was a big "craic-head"...I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN - but I could not have foreseen that he would invariably wind up in places that would hurt him more than it would be helping his (!) AND OTHERS! overall well being. It seems that, much like a drug, sensational content from grifters, TRINOs and inFLOOencers was a "good hit" and it was definitely scratching that craic itch that comes along with being "in the know". But sometimes, you THINK you are in the know, but you're deep in the weeds, WAY out in left field or completely off the map. There came a time when "unsavory subject matter" entered our conversations and rather than witnessing his progression in waking up, I was hearing him getting lost deep in the weeds of disinformation.

Now before I go on, I feel it important to share something many of you can relate to. Many of us have been researching and awakening in one way or another, on our own accord - because we just MUST KNOW what's going on - and we have been looking and putting the pieces together for DECADES. So I don't say this from a place of ego, but it's similar to a kid in college vs a kid in 2nd grade and how much information about things each of them knows...It's just common sense that a college kid is going to have a deeper understanding of nearly any subject in 99.9% of all cases in comparison to the 2nd grader. That's just the way it is.

So, my friend - probably wanting to "give back" started sending me links about: The next round of lockdowns we're all going to be under "very soon", "Experts on QAnon" that you just GOTTA listen to, such as grifter extraordinaire & pedo Phil Godlewski aka The Greatest Fraud on Earth, links to Gesara/Nesara & how Bill Clinton was forced to sign Nesara into law at gunpoint by Special Forces, How Cankles, the Queen of England and a whole host of others were executed at GITMO, How I just GOTTA get in on buying Dinar/Dong currency because they're going to have "Redemption Centers" when this historically suppressed paper currency is revalued and "hits the big time" - how I'd be rich if I only invested $300 in this currency, and various other things that left me seriously questioning what I had done...and me trying to resolve being responsible for this friend being fooled by agents of controlled opposition.

When asked for even just ONE article, research or verification for ANY ONE of these things, there was never an answer. Only offense taken for me not just believing what he was told outright, despite my decades of searching for the truth, under countless layers of misdirection and lies. and I didn't even mention other topics that are verboten here on GAW like FE, CTs, and other topics "out of this world" Now most of the time, when someone is at least trying to put their finger on the "right answers" regarding geopolitics etc, I have a good bit of allowance AND the person on the other end, usually has gratitude for being pointed in a "better" direction. But this friend was addicted to all the exciting things these TRINOs were pushing, hook, line & sinker. The priority for him was the craic - the thrill of hearing "stories" he never heard before AND his mental "security guards and bouncers" that should have been deflecting "tardy thoughts and ideas" were clearly on a VERY long lunch...like a 3 bottle martini lunch.

Remember when I mentioned dividing people and controlling the narrative? This is EXACTLY what all those paid "influencers" are doing. Many are intel operatives, who essentially answer to the proverbial "High Table" - that table essentially being the oligarchy that owns all the important land and stakes in every important resource, plus tribute from every illegal/dark revenue stream, mafia/mob, organized crime etc - This is EXACTLY the same it has worked since before the Dutch East India Company & their coven of spies...who answered exclusively to them. They seek to DIVIDE & CONQUER - and that means creating confusion, stirring up chaos and taking the truth and twisting it into something ripe for ridicule. This is all so YOU don't look in their direction towards them OR the resources so dear to their maintaining power and control. In essence, they've hijacked several things and poisoned the well in the MAGA community. Pushing lies about Trump, calling Q - QAnon and then maligning anyone aligned to it - while weaving in nonsense like Operation Trust, Russia etc to further muddy the waters for those genuinely seeking information about Q, but they got snared by their deceitful rendition of what Q is all about - and now they're believing "QAnon" stories because these influencers had shinier glitter that attracted them their content than say, GAW.

The phone rings...my friend is sad. "What's up?" - "My son won't call me back & the other two kids won't return my call" @Christmas time - I asked him why he thought that was. He started telling me how he told them he was concerned for them (this is 2023 BTW) - because lockdowns are coming & they're still in California. And then he went on to tell me all of the other BS he heard that he told the kids about essentially "the precipice", doom and gloom, putting money into Dinar and a whole host of other things. I warned him not to talk to the kids about this stuff, but he didn't listen. Since then, he's talked to his one son, sporadically...but not the other two. Nada. Zilch. Not for Christmas, not birthday, not to call to thank for gifts he sent etc. NOTHING. It's a messed up situation that I feel could have been avoided. The cost of buying into and not being careful who you follow can be much greater than you ever imagined. How do you heal your kids thinking you're a total nutjob - Even though I know he's not really nuts, just misguided & stubborn by not accepting guidance. He remains hopeful they'll eventually come around - and I sincerely hope they do too, because he is a good guy and he loves his kids. (youngest 19 now).
