In an April 15 entry in the case docket, the U.S. Supreme Court denied Ms. Powell’s petition for rehearing, effectively leaving in place sanctions against her and six other lawyers who were part of the Michigan lawsuit.

The failed suit, brought as part of a string of “Kraken” lawsuits that Ms. Powell championed, sought emergency relief in the form of eliminating all mail-in ballots from being counted in the 2020 election, or disqualifying Michigan’s electoral college votes from being counted in the final tally.

It also called for Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer to transmit certified election results that declared “President Donald Trump is the winner of the election.”

In August 2021, U.S. District Judge Linda Parker ordered Ms. Powell and the other lawyers to pay a $175,000 penalty in a 110-page order that called their Michigan election challenge lawsuit “frivolous” and a “historic and profound abuse of the judicial process.” Ms. Powell has argued in court filings that her conduct was reasonable and that she had vetted her election fraud claims before filing the lawsuit.

Her attorney, Lawrence Joseph, didn’t respond to a request for comment on the Supreme Court’s April 15 decision not to rehear Ms. Powell’s appeal of her penalty.

‘Chilling Effect’ on Voter Fraud Litigation

In 2021, Judge Parker, a nominee of President Barack Obama, ruled that Ms. Powell waited too long to bring the lawsuit and said the voter fraud claims on which it was based were “nothing but speculation and conjecture.”

Besides imposing a monetary penalty, the judge ordered that Ms. Powell and the others be referred to the bar associations in their respective states for disciplinary proceedings.

In June 2023, a panel for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit upheld the monetary and disciplinary sanctions against Ms. Powell and the other attorneys, but it reduced the monetary sanctions to roughly $150,000.

Ms. Powell and the others then filed a petition requesting that the full appeals court rehear the case. They argued in their request for a rehearing en banc that the smaller panel’s order “creates extraordinary adverse implications for the practice of law.” Further, they claimed that it “creates an unprecedented and impermissible chilling effect on zealous advocacy and the willingness of any counsel to accept controversial cases.”

SCOTUS defies Texas’ right and duty to defend itself from literal invasion — and we are supposed to hope they will take on the Lindell case with any legitimacy???

Military is the only way.

The vaccine was ready and waiting. But the Establishment was going to pretend to spend years developing it. Trump used Warp Speed to force it out sooner, thus undermining the Establishment’s lie that they were being careful and taking every precaution in its development.

At the same time, Trump has to maintain his position that he believed and believes the vaccines were good, just as he was told by the Pharma Cartel. That was the only way he could justify the Warp Speed rollout was if he “believed” the vaccines were solid.

Not only was this all necessary to eventually show (1) the vaccines were prepared in advance; (2) but that they were either hastily developed (contrary to the pro-science narrative) or that they were intended to kill (undermining all the Establishment narratives).

Trump can’t say: “I rushed the vaxx to keep them from locking you down for ten years…” because that would mean he knew the vaccines were corrupted, yet rushed them anyway. That said, the time to say the vaccines are corrupted was before they came out… but he couldn’t, because he HAD to go forward with Operation Warp Speed to save us from permanent lockdowns and whatever was to follow that. And going forward with Warp Speed meant he had to “believe” the vaccines were good.

The best he could do in this situation is bang the drums loudly for therapeutics, which is exactly what he did.

Regardless of what Trump said, the White Hat Plan has successfully shone the light on the vaccines — despite what Trump says about them now, somehow his entire base knows better, yet still trusts him. This is due to an inner spiritual knowing from God.

If Trump says something we don’t like about the vaxx, have a little faith — there are moves we can’t fathom having to be made simply because we don’t see the full picture.

All will be made known due time.

Lindell continued: "Zeidman admits that he was unable to decode the files we gave him. How then could he possibly prove that they were not related to the 2020 election? This was all a coverup and an attack!"

https://share.newsbreak.com/67xxynxw

Meanwhile, in a statement released by his legal counsel in April, Zeidman said: "I am obviously really happy about the arbitrators' decision. They clearly saw this as I did—that the data we were given at the symposium was not at all what Mr. Lindell said it was. The truth is finally out there."

Newsweek then gloats:

Thee ruling comes as Lindell claims he has lost another business partner.

Lindell has also lost a number of prominent business partnerships since 2021, with the CEO claiming that it was due to his support of election fraud claims, insisting that he has been the victim of "cancel culture" while others have said his political pursuits have made his brand toxic and unpopular. MyPillow was dropped by major vendors Kohl's and Bed, Bath, & Beyond, which cited market research that showed low demand for the company's products.

Earlier this month Lindell claimed during an appearance on Steve Bannon's War Room program on Real America's Voice that an unspecified online merchant server company had dropped support for one of his other ventures, the Lindell Recovery Network, which offers aid to struggling addicts, with Lindell himself being a former drug addict who started MyPillow after getting clean.

"This just happened one hour ago, I had to pull over here on the road," Lindell said, phoning into the interview from the seat of a car. "Our merchant server just canceled the Lindell Recovery Network, this is my network for addicts, and I've had [the website] with them, I don't know, five, six years...So now, that's a distraction, I've got to take more of my funds and put in to help [the site]."
