The camera angle is such that kamala could be hidden behind one of the bidens. Can you give me a timestamp for your second point?

There's a camera change at 31:09 so maybe we are talking about a different angle. When you say Kamala is nowhere at 31:01, I'm saying at that angle she could be behind one of the bidens.

30:30 and 31:09 are two very different angles.

I don't know the speed with which they retract, but I imagine 8 seconds wouldn't be far-fetched. However, it's much more likely the teleprompters are just out of the shot from the different angle.
