The podium and teleprompters magically disappear and then reappear again. Also the person standing next to Roberts changes from Pence to Kamala.

Pence is behind Roberts on his right. Very different camera angle. Teleprompters can retract I believe? The object at the bottom right of the first image could be the podium.
Look at the timestamps. Where did Kamala come from? Teleprompters can retract in 8 seconds?
I don't know the speed with which they retract, but I imagine 8 seconds wouldn't be far-fetched. However, it's much more likely the teleprompters are just out of the shot from the different angle.

30:30 timestamp is almost identical to the 31:09 timestamp above, and yet Kamala is nowhere in the 31:01 timestamp. Telemprompters too.

They are literally the same angle. From the same camera.
There's a camera change at 31:09 so maybe we are talking about a different angle. When you say Kamala is nowhere at 31:01, I'm saying at that angle she could be behind one of the bidens.
There is more space up there than you are giving it credit. It's different angles. No one moved spots. They have spots mark with tape. Dead end, but chase it if you want.
It doesn't explain Kamala's disappearance. Also the girl in white on the left while the (somewhat) bald man in the back is still in the shot. (And these can't be explained by depth compression.)
