The current posture of the administration doesn't mind our antonishment or outrage. Like dailing the pressure cooker to 11. Our reactions are normal, whether chilling or outraged. That's why I'd rather lurk and stay detached.
The timing is interesting. Why now? Maybe only now the chess pieces are finally in place and some party actually tried using the leverage. And the administration is playing along in the most ham-handed way possible. Bringing darkness to light. Everyone has basically denied being involved with Epstein. But if someone uses the leverage, well... Something's gotta blow, eventually.

IMHO, what is usually not mentioned when people argue about Operation Warp Speed:
IIRC, the Omicron variant had 30+ mutations (hardly natural) and family tree studies matched it to a COVID virus that peaked months earlier. Omicron effectively out-competed everything else, and since it had a defanged spike protein sequence, IMHO Omicron was really the thing that snuffed out the continuing threat of variants with the original toxic and dangerous spike protein sequence.
