The DHS has nothing to do with printing any ballots. Ballots are printed by a contractor who was selected based on the lowest bidder. The printer procures their own paper. The DHS is never involved in this process. You are deluding yourselves if you think there is some magical watermark that can identify counterfeit ballots. get out there and contact your local GOP representatives and your government representatives (if they are GOP). All the corruption must be stopped and it will not be stopped if you just sit on your laurels and wait for the DHS to nail anybody.
