Its just been brought to my attention that if you zoom in on the rectangle, there's a smaller rectangle inside it, in the bottom left corner of the big rectangle. The small rectangle has the same proportions as the big rectangle.
perhaps the graphic designer had something else in mind and then accidentally left it in the background after heading a different direction. I could see myself going, "wait, fuck that if I put text here then I've got to flip it in the reflection, not worth it. " and undo my steps. I just can't find anymeaningful reason for it to be there.

Maybe. I zoomed in and I saw more. What I see at the very tip of your arrow, looks like a stick that goes straight down, then turns 90 right, looking like the reflection.
Then when I zoomed in, I now see another half rectangle only this one goes up and to the left so couldn't be the same explanation.
Don't see any full rectangles but could just be me. The first I still think is a stick and reflection but the 2nd half one, right nearby, I can't really explain

There's a strange hidden rectangle on the left of POTUS in an image he posted yesterday on Snapchat. Could it have some hidden meaning?

I'm not 100% sure, but the rectangle seems to be 55 pixels wide by 190 pixels high.

When you divide the height by the width the numbers are 3 and 45 recurring. It could mean "3 terms of 45th president to repeat".
My guess is you are looking at a watermark for the original creator of the image. It's Two L's one upsidedown: ⅂ L

Possibly a reference to "Crossing the Rubicon". Also, when Caesar crossed the rubicon, he did so with a Legion who's mascot was a lion.

To me it looks like a stick and its reflection. I only see the left and bottom of a rectangle not a full one.
