I don’t care for how intolerant and vicious they are to anyone who isn’t 100% towing the line. There’s zero room for discussion and civil disagreement. Isn’t this why we supposedly detest Leftists so much?

The reason for this is to stop demoralizing tactics. I'm a major free speech proponent, but I completely agree with how they do this. It's needed in this war, it's given hope to countless people that were demoralized and had given up.
