The DoD and the National Guard by enforcing the Insurrection Act and martial law when called upon.
The military by setting up tribunals & bringing military justice to the treasonous traitors that sought to overthrow the government.

Well, I don't think someone commits treason unknowingly. You pretty much know when you are betraying America. It's not an accident. Even those fraudsters in MI knew what they were doing when they put that cardboard over the windows. And remember that woman who stated she had "put her life on the line" for the Dems, and they now owed her. They know!!
