I live directly under the southern approach to Patrick AF Base, in Melbourne, FL. I have an interest in aviation and space exploration my entire life. A bit geeky, but I normally run outside when I hear planes approaching.
Yesterday, an odd occurrence happened. An American Airlines 767 or 757 landed at the base on a southeasterly approach. I have never seen that before. No big deal, I guess. Domestic airliners do get leased by the government for transport when conventional military transports are not available.
Just about ten minutes ago, an E4B 'Doomsday Plane' flew right over my house on approach to the base. Let me say, I got the chills.

I never thought I would ever see this plane in flight and in person, and I've been watching the skies my entire life.
The E4B had a bit of intrigue, if not infamy on 9/11 when it was videoed by Anderson Cooper's crew ( of all people ) flying directly over DC, just minutes after the Pentagon was hit.
According to Google Maps, Mar-A-Lago is 2 hours' (135 miles) drive; however, with police escorts and blue lights flashing, I'm betting that could be down to 1 hour if necessary. Or 45 min. if Marine One did the transportation. Interesting, yes.

Yeah? There was an EB4 circling Michigan a while back. Just flew in circles over, and over again, around Houghton, MI. It departed then circled back flying past Detroit. All of this shortly before news dropped about MI voter fraud, and a week directly before the reports on the F-16 going down in Haiawatha.
His name was Gordo.
Interesting, but could be anything.
One flies with POTUS normally, to control the air and ground space in it's vicinity, and since it's Air Force, it would stay at the nearest AFB to AF1. Which in this case is Patrick AFB.
POTUS is, or will be, "supposedly," at Mar-A-Lago for Christmas, so it again makes sense that one would be here. (I live in W. Volusia County.) You should've seen some escorts come in with it. If not, then it may just be a routine hop.
Does this one land at Patrick every time Trump goes to Mar-a-Largo?
I've seen them fly in to Patrick often. Often enough that it's not out of place.
But I know Patrick is the closest AFB to Mar-A-Lago and I know where they usually park the escorts, transports, etc. And I know how these movements operate from my Active Duty Navy days.
