IMO, the meat of Rudy's video is toward the end when he asks just one thing - let his team evaluate the voting machines. They can do it under supervision, they can do it on-site where the machines are. He is confident they will show the votes got switched without revealing who voted for who. Why not allow access to the machines?
To not allow access, he alludes to them obstructing justice. That supervisor in Maricopa willing to go to jail? Good. He will end up in jail and the machines will be released anyway. I think Trump can order it if need be.
