I've noticed that news organizations weren't even mentioning that he wanted the pork removed IN ADDITION to increasing payments. This way, they can't hide it anymore. He wants the people to know what Congress is really trying to do and what he is trying to do. Still trying to wake the normies.

Optics are important. Trump is throwing the ball back to Congress. The narrative before was Trump looks bad by not signing the bill for relief for the American people. IMHO if Congress doesn't act to fix it... the egg is on them and their pork. And this only makes more American people realize Trump is on our side.

Also this:

it also delays implementation by 45 days if what I am hearing is correct.
Got to show them ;)
Have a little faith in the president and patience, fren.
Wrong. He signed the bill but invoked the 1974 act specifying rescissions that were red lined to be removed and must be looked at by congress. The congress has 45 days to respond. They must respond one way or another.
He basically bought himself some time, avoided a government shutdown, AND focused attention on all the pork spending plus the small amount of relief spending.
