Ok, Operation Paperclip didn't place "nazi's" throughout the American government. You make it sound like the U.S. was conjuring up demons. They were German scientists, engineers, and technicians who were given employment by the U.S. government and saved them from Soviet enslavement.
Himmler was never a part of that program. And even if he was, his 'evil-ness' doesn't get transmitted through his lineage, nor to anyone that slightly resembles him.
