This is the inventor of the QR code and all around technical mastermind, Jovan Pulitzer. This testimony is soooo worth watching.
Oh, I saw him in a video posted on Twit the other day, but didn't recognize him in this pic. He's the guy who said he can scan ballots and tell if they had ever been folded, right? He's amazing! Did he testify in GA today?

Jovan Pulitzer said he can tell where the paper is from and what ink was used (to discern real from counterfeit ballots). Apparently, they have "magnetic ink" that is almost impossible to counterfeit. His testimony was amazing, with the key point being: PRESENT THE PAPER FOR EXAMINATION! The paper will not lie. At 1:25pm EST, he just came back and presented NEW information, that the machines are documented to COMMUNICATE ONLINE TWO WAYS - THROUGH THE POLLING PAD DEVICES! They are NOT supposed to be online in anyway, never mind TWO WAY communication. He says the data can be siphoned and changed before it's sent back in real time.
He did present in GA today and was outstanding.
