This is fucking huge if true. I have always though of Pence as someone worthy of respect. If my mind is gonna be blown, might as well blow it all the fucking way.

It also looks like Pence's head is on someone else's body, he's so fat. Not sure what that's supposed to mean but it is definitely not Pence's gut in that picture.
