There are many signs that Pence is a traitor. The envelope, the RED 3, just to say the least.
This is going to be hard for a lot of people to process, but one thing is for sure. If Pence will be arrested tomorrow, it would be with undeniable proof. Not just the witness testimony as outlined by Ron's tweet, but a lot more. I am expecting recorded phone calls between him and the other deep staters.
Remember, even if Pence has reformed and was going to do the right thing - its a HUGE chance to take, the entire American future (and the World future) is one the line. For clarity, Flynn through Sydney Powell released to the public an explanation of his original guilty plea. He explained that after being grilled by the FBI for hours where the FBI said over and over they had documented evidence of Flynn making contradictory statements (lying to them), he (Flynn) assumed the FBI was legit (why would they falsify evidence?). Flynn eventually concluded he must have inadvertently and unknowingly made such statements, resulting in Flynn pleading guilty to the charge. After the plea, the "official" narrative was Flynn lied. I'm not absolving Pence of wrongdoing, only pointing out that repeating Flynn's own admission (which we now know was coerced and which Flynn eventually withdrew) is not direct evidence of being a co-conspirator with those who set up Flynn. When the Flynn story first hit the news cycle, even POTUS at one point said Flynn was not "fully forthcoming". As for Pence, I find a number of things troubling including one of the Strzok/Page texts asks about briefing Pence. I believe based on pre-VP associations and actions Pence WAS dirty. Question of the day is: DID PENCE FLIP FOR TRUMP or is he a Deep State sleeper? Guess we find out very soon.

No mention is made of SecDef Chris Miller's emotional thank you to Pence for guidance, leadership, & mentoring regarding recent "complex military operations" at the Space Force meeting a few weeks back either. Pence cannot be both a patriot and a traitor so one of the precursor facts is false.
I don't know what to think but couldn't Pence's comment about Flynn lying to him have been deliberate to maintain that he is still on the Uniparty team and not Trump's? We'll know soon enough.

NSA listens and records everything, warrant or no warrant. The information is there. They may not be able to "legally" use it, but it's all out there on the top secret network recorded for posterity. Pence and Rosenstein both having access to top secret information would be well aware of this. Anyone who cared about being surveilled would be very careful about connecting themselves to anything incriminating online, not just burner phones, but burner phones only connecting to other burner phones.
There is no such thing as a 3-hop rule in regards to if they are recording everything... because they are. You make it sound like the FISA allows the technology to begin recording some set distance from a target, but that's not how the technology works at all... it suctions it all up like a vacuum, literally everything.

I think we are better off just making odds and placing “bets” because none of us really know. So far I’m at:
2 to 1: nothing unusual happens today and we’re left frustrated and angry again
3 to 1: something big happens today but have to wait to see if anything comes from it
5 to 1: something really big happens today and none of us predicted it AT ALL
10 to 1: Pence is a traitor
I’ve always preferred sensible long shots, my money is on the 5 to 1.
Finding out that Pence was that close to Paul Ryan, well, it dropped his credibility to zero. I expect nothing and see the only hope being a military solution.
