CLAS movement can only mean arrested or some variant there of.

I think the plan was, if Pence was going to betray by counting votes for Biden then he would be the one arrested.

If he came through by punting it to Congress+Senate, then it would be Pelosi that would be arrested.

Pence unilaterally counting votes for Trump was never on the cards. Trump would not want a win that way.

I believe Pelosi's arrest is imminent.
