Is Trump permanently banned from Twitter now?

Trump's suspension from Twitter was 12hrs. I remember seeing that if he didn't delete the tweets in question during that 12hrs, it would turn into a permanent suspension of his account. Is that where we are now? Is Trump permanently banned from Twitter now?

I believe the Twitter notification was timestamped around 7pm. His suspension should be over. I don't know if the three egregious tweets have been removed so it may be dependent on that.
