Is Trump permanently banned from Twitter now?

Trump's suspension from Twitter was 12hrs. I remember seeing that if he didn't delete the tweets in question during that 12hrs, it would turn into a permanent suspension of his account. Is that where we are now? Is Trump permanently banned from Twitter now?

His tweets in question were deleted soon after the 12 hr ban. So, Twitter is keeping this ban up.

Which falls in line with RED2.

Last night/early this morning Pence CLAS was finished, putting us in Red3.
