Biden didn’t resign his Senate seat until 1/15 when the Kenyan was about to be inaugurated in 2009.

Well considering the Kenyan wasn't lawfully certified due to his Kenyanness, I wonder if Sleepy Joe hesitated to resign in a speedy manner, because he was worried someone might expose the truth?

Both Gore in 93 and Quayle in 89 did not resign their Senate seats until January. However, neither waited until the 7th or later.

Yeah not sure I really understand why her not resigning is constantly brought up here and at TD. If the plan comes through, she won't be a senator either - she'll be in prison. I guess maybe she thinks the worst that will happen is Trump keeps the white house and we have a repeat of the past four years, their arrogance is truly bottomless. But still, imo this is one of the weaker signs.
