My guess - Epstein. Anyone else may be construed as revenge. E.g obama pelosi pence etc..

Highly doubtful. People would be more shocked that hes still alive then they would by news that hes been arrested...again. To achieve the desired effect it would have to be Hillary, Obama, or someone else high up. Podesta maybe?
