My guess is, you know when you get a flash flood alert warning you of a threat, where is that message coming from and how do they get it to the masses, its not from FB twitter Google or anyone, but a military satellite communications center(or something along those lines) trump knows he cant broadcast on social media or MSM, so he will take over the telecommunication centers- My guess
Presidential emergency alerts were set up some time back and have been set up over the last 2 years and installed on everyones phone. you can not turn these alerts off.
as per the Q drops when everything starts going down with arrests all news will be through the presidential emergency alerts. this way the media and other platforms can't silence anything.
Just a nitpick, but it's not quite accurate to say the "alerts have been installed on people's phones."
The Emergency Broadcast System is just kind of built-into the operating system & basic ability of modern smart phones.
Implying it is "installed" makes it sound like an app or something, when it is not; it's a core component of the OS, just like making phone calls.
Further;
a) The FCC just sent out that reminder to companies (prob including apple & google) reminding them of their responsibility / duty to comply in/ with the EBS system.
b) I believe the whole point of the PRESIDENTIAL EBS is that it can not be disabled, tampered with, nor interfered with in any way.
It's literally intended for POTUS to be able to communicate acts of war, nuclear missile launch, another 9/11, etc.
Don't think apple NOR Google could disable / tamper / interfere too much at all, at least not within a matter of weeks.
See my other post re: the EBS system isn't "installed" in the typical way you would think; it's a core smartphone function.
Say they potentially could turn it off .... any cellphone number can receive sms, right. So, if you have a burner with a simcard ... you could receive it.
Alternatively, maybe it is time to jailbreak to fucking apples and install a different system without OTA.

Because then they will be directly interfering with the President of the United States attempting to conduct his duties in his official capacity.
They will be branded a Clear and Present Danger to the National Security of the United States of America, and using Trump's EO he signed in 2018; he could seize the entire company, all of its assets, I believe all of the assets of the individuals involved with running Apple & making decisions to interfere with the Emergency Broadcast System, etc.
