There was a post on https://twitter.com/John_F_Kennnedy (name was Patriot1776) that said that exact wording (with a big American flag) about the same time Trump's account was suspended. This account didn't have a lot of other content, but kinda felt right.
However, said account was suspended yesterday during the Conservative Purge, and all it's content is gone/hidden.
Scavino's twitter, maybe?

hmm, not sure if he wanted to get that out via twitter prior to the ban, or if it should be coming from somewhere else? I'm sure we'll find out.
I doubt he would use that phrase of the presidential emergency alert system because it would be too confusing to normies. I think it would have to come from an alternative site like Parler, Gab, etc.
