Trump just clearly outlined who takes charge (and who can’t) in these two agencies. Possible that heads at the top are going and this is to ensure good guys get control?

I can see the Finance Corp, I think that handles overseas transactions, but not seeing why the EPA is important.

EPA I think is how they funnel a lot of money. Through “climate change” things. Haven’t really researched it in depth but that would be my guess.
