These just outline the order of succession (like continuity of government) for the EPA and the United States International Development Finance Corporation.

Why Trump needed to issue these EO's today for this, is beyond me. You'd think that these would've been in place long ago, unless there was a change needed for whatever reason, and he's just finishing things up.

Nothing significant with these. Literally meaningless from what I can read, in regards to current state of events and anything Q related.
