Look to the the man channels that would broadcast Emergency Alerts.
Info came from someone who gets a heads up before most people.
I don't know for certain, but she hasn't be wrong yet.

All I saw was a test of the Emergency Alert System.
Still a hell of a coincidence. We'll see.

The interface isn't all the way intuitive but once you get the hang of it, watching the game is like knowing how to see the Matrix in the green waterfall of characters.
BTW I like the GoldPlated graphic set.
