Get off FB. Right now much of social media is being nuked, but I'm still getting Parler. Use Signal or Telegram or Wikr for messaging, Brave is an encrypted browser, and DuckDuckGo is a better alternative to Google.

OAN (the last real news channel, its 2.50/month for a sub on klowdtv.com)
the epoch times (the other last real news source, anti-china biased, but thats ok)
I do use protonmail, am a paid subscriber to Epoch Times and watch only OANN
I was scouring multiple sites daily for info, but since I found this board I'm not really following anyone but jeffrey prather and simon parkes any more. More info, less time (except when I get sucked into some bs with tdw doomers, since I migrated here from there), and WAY LESS STRESS.

Try downloading and sending via Signal (it's encrypted, privacy focused, recommended by Snowden). If it still won't go, it's your provider not the OS.

It was facebook messenger, so i guess this was known about. But i didn't and it was the alarm clock for my family.
I deleted my Facebook profile. I left messanger as a way for to still keep in touch with family in europe and some military friends.
FB messenger is a vector for viruses if you are not careful.
