One possibility to consider. The bad guys (as proxy for Foreign controllers...i.e. Pelosi/Schumer) have threatened a nuclear attack to put Trump in a quandry. That is, if he continues to expose their criminal enterprises they will kill 10s of millions of Americans. If you bow-out gracefully, they will not. This leaves Trump in a critical inflection point.
This would explain why they want to get control of the nuclear codes.
These people are evil in every sense of the word.
