Who are these people I have a friend that shares with me the dude on the bottom, but he seems just like some British dude sitting in his bed room.

And the other guy is the guy who said they had quantum watermarks on the ballots and Trump was watching it in real time....?

Trump was watching it in real time that is common knowledge to any one who has paid attention. These guys are former intelligence and CIA with many many contacts still within the intelligence community.
