I thought that Jesus was supposedly God's son or messenger or something? He refers to God as "my/our Father'. So how can Jesus be God?

Oi, this would be hard to explain to a non-Christian (I'm assuming). No, Jesus is not just God's messenger. Jesus IS God, but He is also the Son. He is CONSUBSTANTIAL with the Father, meaning they are one and the same, 3 in 1, that is the mystery of God. Unless you take a look in the Bible it will be hard for you to understand.
