The OP missed the oddity. It's not the window, it's the reflection on table of the door frame where it blurs and is stretched. And the under the pen too. And the molding, there is a blur. This is the spot healing brush and content aware background removal tool at work. It's very obvious if you're use to using those features in PS.

Nah, the blinds are just raised above the top of the pic. You can see that in the reflection. Curtains match.

Blinds are pulled up but you are correct about the table. There was DEF something scrubbed from this pic that WAS on the table at some point in time.

It looks like the top of the window. The window in the background is the bottom of the window. the blinds are at the top but not all the way down
