i don't know how he would know this as i suspect an apple insider would have had to of tipped him off but linwood said the update deactivates the emergency broadcast system.
Yeah I know what he said. Do you think an apple person told him that they are doing this incredibly dangerous and illegal thing?

i agree with you that an apple employee told him anything. i think linwood is speculating as to what changes exist in the update. i also agree that not updating would be prudent.
Stealing an election is illegal, too..
