I remember watching a video by him at least days ago where it said it was live, but I could clearly see the edits and the slightly different angles after certain cuts. I was confused why it said live, but now I’m wondering how many videos like that were fake or altered.
Because deepfakes are the future and will be incredibly disruptive, it would not be out of the realm of possibility that Trump purposely puts out deepfake and altered videos for us to catch and identify as a way of not only collectively preparing us for the future but to also stimulate this interest in us that will lead to great minds in this future tech to rise above and possibly be recruited.
That or due to security concerns / timing / laziness Trump just phones it in and has his team deepfake videos for the sake of convenience.

Did you train the model vs surely real videos first? if the model is not trained you won't get real or possibly accurate results
