Around 2/3, the angle changes to show "water" in the background painting, at which point Trump calls for a "Smooth, Orderly & Seamless" transition. Watch the water!

Maybe I am just retarded and blind but what are you seeing in the water? I am not seeing anything change. Can you screen shot or give greater detail?

(SOS) Could also be reference to Secretary Of State. Didn't Mike Pompeo also use the exact same wording about a transition to Trumps second term?
