Around 2/3, the angle changes to show "water" in the background painting, at which point Trump calls for a "Smooth, Orderly & Seamless" transition. Watch the water!

(SOS) Could also be reference to Secretary Of State. Didn't Mike Pompeo also use the exact same wording about a transition to Trumps second term?

Just a thought.
