Likely a test.
I’ve personally seen at least 2 diff videos posted to Twitter the past couple days of people’s TV’s emanating the EBS sound, but no actual messages on the screen; the regular show they were watching was continuing to play.
99% just a test.
But this is good.... :-)
Why test it if you aren’t’ ever gonna use it?
