sum the digits, drop the 0, you'll get the same result. it all sums to 8 but 1 + 7 is 8.

2+3 = 5
5+18 = 23
23+21 = 44
44+30 = 74
74+ 42 = 116

i reduced the 30 to 3. it all sums to 8 actually but 1 + 7 = 8, is it kinda works out, lul.
