So im working on breaking this down,
RED4: Movement of MIL assets [10th Mountain_1st Marine_CPSD_Marine_QVIR] to central locations under guise of citizen riot control.
Through research, 10th Mountain is a separate entity, it does not house the 1st Marine, 1st Marine is housed at Camp Pendleton, San Diego though (CPSD), Marine QVIR has me stumped though. No Idea what the acronym could mean. Any Ideas?
I would assume that 10th Mountain could work with 1st Marine, but thats outside of the scope of what im trying to divulge out of this. Ive also seen where CPSD could stand for contingency planning and support division, but that doesnt seem like good fit.
If you're going with CPSD as a location, QVIR "could" be Quantico, Virginia
https://sourceforge.net/projects/qvir/ -solar winds is mentioned here- ???
QVIR could be "quiver" as in Pelosi. She was quoted saying she had several arrows in her quiver for POTUS and many thought she was talking about a missle/nuke.
Q posted a pic of the cartoonist that made a Pelosi with quiver cartoon I believe. Within last couple of months.
just back researching as we approach 2024 election and found this site. at the time this drop came out I asked a family member who was at the time a high ranking US Marine Officer.. he knew nothing about Q or the drops.. but he immediately recognized and deciphered the shorthand used.
1st Marine = 1st Marine Division , Camp Pendelton San Diego (CPSD) Marine_QVIR is Marine Corps Base Quantico Virginia (QVIR)
10th Mountain Division is located at Ft Drum in NY state. basically your looking for movement of Military assets on west coast and north east/east coast. Under the guise of civilian riot control
10th Mountain could quickly deploy to any of the major cities in the North East US.. along with USMC at Quantico
1st Marine Division can quicly deploy to cover any major city on the west coast.
it is a fascinating time to be alive, Frens!
Keep in mind that the underscores ( _ ) separate units.
10 Mnt Div is a US Army division of infantry troops. 1st Marine is a USMC infantry division. Two different units, separated in the list by an underscore. That means both units will be put into play.
I suspect the CPSD is the planning unit but not sure. The QVIR i've looked for myself and only thing that seemed to fit was a breif semi-mention of an intel unit associated with airborne but I have no real clue.
