Still 19:49:00 for me. Saw it on my wife's phone at 19:39:28 ten minutes ago. On my pc it's been 19:49:00 the whole time.

I can confirm to. I reloaded the page and it showed my 19:40:00. Then I reloaded again and it went back to the O/P original posted time.

Someone is actively modifying that page.
