It never changed for me; it was just different for everyone. Mine said 19:40:04, and never changed even after multiple refreshes, clearing cache, cookies, etc
I saw this too but people are going insane.
I've seen several people posting about a disgruntled employee, others about a hack (like, from a disgruntled employee).
While this got me all nice and dizzy for a wee while along with the start of Pompeo's speech, I think this is bunk.
